Rabbi Moshe grew up in Ottawa and studied in numerous places around the world until he became ordained as a Rabbi in the summer of 2019 by the chief Rabbi of Kiryat Malachi Israel, and is thrilled to move back together with his wife Sheina and baby boy Mendel and serve the community. Sheina was raised in the Seine-et-Marne region of France and is very excited to bring new energy to the community.
