Welcome to JUDA: Judaism Through the Arts
Where Jewish Learning Comes to Life Through Creativity
At JUDA, we believe that Jewish education should be joyful, meaningful, and inspiring. Our JUDA Sunday School blends tradition with creativity, using the arts to help children connect deeply with their heritage in a way that feels natural, fun, and lasting.
What to Expect at JUDA
Hebrew Through Expression
Students gain confidence and comfort with Hebrew—especially the Siddur (Jewish prayer book)—through music, movement, and visual arts. We use creative tools to make Hebrew feel alive and accessible.
Jewish Values in Action
Timeless Jewish values come to life through storytelling, and hands-on projects. Students learn practical, relatable lessons they can apply in their daily lives—at home, at school, and with friends.
Traditions, Shabbat & Holidays
Our program brings Jewish traditions to life with rich, sensory experiences. Whether baking challah, designing holiday décor, or reenacting key moments from Jewish history, students develop a meaningful connection to Jewish time and tradition.
Torah Through the Arts
Torah is explored through a creative lens. Each class invites children to reflect on its messages and bring them to life—whether by illustrating a Torah portion, crafting an item for a Jewish holiday, or expressing their own creativity through song or story.
Jewish History Reimagined
Our past shapes our future. At JUDA, children engage with Jewish history through dynamic activities—timeline murals, role-plays, and multimedia projects—that foster pride and a deep sense of belonging.
